California skate kings Vans maintain ongoing collaborative relationships with a variety of Japanese brands, their latest another in a growing line of teamups with United Arrows’ Beauty & Youth label.  The Beauty & Youth x Vans Slip-On follows a trend we’ve seen with relative frequency in 2011, one that was arguably spearheaded by similarly fashion forward Japanese designers and brands.  But the use of a golden leopard print is decidedly muted when compared to some of the more outlandish wild animal looks we’ve seen this year; does this pair’s first-half 2012 release date suggest we’ll see more like this from other brands and guest designers throughout the next year?  Stay tuned to Sneaker News to find out, and check out more angles on these Beauty & Youth Slip-Ons in the meantime.  via Glltn
