Nike Zoom Kobe VII Supreme ‘Cheetah’

Nike Zoom Kobe Vii Cheetah 1

One of the most popular colorways of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI was the Christmas Day 2010 ‘Grinch’. That nickname quickly stuck to the colorway for its obvious ties to the holiday, but the ‘Grinch’ was actually intended to be a ‘Green Mamba’, a real-life neon-green member of the mamba snake family. For the Nike Zoom Kobe VII, Kobe Bryant’s predatorial spirit branches out further into the wild, touching on the fierce and powerful aspects of the Great White Shark and the Cheetah, both brandishing lightning-quick speed and an inherent specialty of the hunt. Rumored to be Kobe’s Christmas Day 2011 sneaker, the Nike Zoom Kobe VII Supreme ‘Cheetah’ features a Violet/Black upper skin adapting the cheetah’s signature spotted appearance. The midsole, 3-D heel, and ‘Attack Strong’ Sleeve take on Volt and Electric Green with red laces finishing off the color profile. The ‘Cheetah’ cohesively bonds the Christmas Day ‘Grinch’ motif with the wild nature of the cheetah to form one of the funkiest Kobe VII designs we’ve seen thus far. We’ve got a look at the heel with the cheetah logo after the jump, so take a look and let us know what you think. via taobao.
