Kevin Durant is absolutely owning the month of December with these sick releases. December alone will boast three high-energy colorways of the Nike Zoom KD IV – the Weatherman, the Nerf, and the Christmas. This year’s Yule-tide fare isn’t what you might’ve expected in terms of what we usually associate with Christmas colorways, but neither was last year’s tonal yellow Zoom KD III! The Nike Zoom KD IV ‘Christmas’ will featured a uniform metallic copper upper – the color made famous by last year’s release Nike Air Foamposite One of the same nickname. It features a solid black outsole with a matching swoosh, KD heel logo, and inner lining. The colorway itself has a very interesting ‘Black History Month’ twist to it, and with the KD IV being one of the six confirmed Nike releases for the 2012 Black History Month Nike Collection, it could be quite similar to what we see here. Im diggin this shoe now that its not in some loudass punkrock CW. My only problem is the strap. It cant be too comfortable to wear a shoe that has to be strapped up all day like im in the NBA Finals

These shoes are sick, what's with you guys? I think they remind me of christmas allot screw that (there not a christmas colorway) BS!!! And the lebrons aren't even all that nice, its a basketball shoe ONLY that's it. The kobes are sick I'll admit that but only for basketball just like the kd's.

I like these. I'm not sure why some of you guys are criticizing them for not being "Christmas" enough. By that rationale every Xmas shoe has to be red and green?? No thank you. Gold is definitely a Christmas colour — at least a secondary Xmas colour. Most stars at the top of an Xmas tree are gold aren't they?? Durant is a shining star himself (okay that was cheesy, I apologize). But anyway, I like these better than the Christmas kicks of Wade, LBJ, Carmelo (what they hell?) and definitely Kobe (what were they thinking?!).
