We’ve shown you several previews of upcoming Nike runners over the past few days here on Sneaker News, and this latest look is the biggest of them all. The Nike Air Max+ 2012 moves the Swoosh’s franchise running series forward with a Hyperfuse construction that proves both the usefulness of last year’s implementation and the extent to which wild color combos can be pushed even further with the right kind of layering. The above pictured colorway is a prime example of how blending two shades together can make for some interesting offspring, and its vibrant red and Volt palette gives the Air Max 2012 a signature look when many of the past decade’s annuals have come and gone without a ‘nicknamed’ standout. Will this pair go down as an instant classic in the vein of the ‘Infrared’ AM90 or ‘Neon’ 95s? We’ll find out when these hit retailers early next year, and you can see some extra photos today after you click the jump below. via SF

Im on the fence with these. Good colorway but not as strong a design as the air max 2011.

2009 > 2011 > 2010 > 2012 but they're all nice either way though

Cool shoe, but they have used the very same sole for the past three years. Perhaps they ran out of ideas with the sole design, afraid to fix what's not broken for runners, or either just plain lazy?
That being said, I would still buy the 2012's though. It's still kinda decent.

How do you fix what's not broken? I'm all for change and innovation but if the sole works like none other then why change it so people can complain and beg for the old sole back.
