We’ve shown you several previews of upcoming Nike runners over the past few days here on Sneaker News, and this latest look is the biggest of them all. The Nike Air Max+ 2012 moves the Swoosh’s franchise running series forward with a Hyperfuse construction that proves both the usefulness of last year’s implementation and the extent to which wild color combos can be pushed even further with the right kind of layering. The above pictured colorway is a prime example of how blending two shades together can make for some interesting offspring, and its vibrant red and Volt palette gives the Air Max 2012 a signature look when many of the past decade’s annuals have come and gone without a ‘nicknamed’ standout. Will this pair go down as an instant classic in the vein of the ‘Infrared’ AM90 or ‘Neon’ 95s?
