Martin was undoubtedly one of the best situational comedies of the 1990′s, combining Martin Lawrence’s raging comedic talents with a hilarious cast of regulars and recurring characters (who can forget ‘Bruh-man’ and ‘Hustle Man’) for a ‘tasteful’ recipe of side-splitting laughs. The show ran during one of the best eras for footwear (the mid-90′s), which meant tons of heat on-screen, like the Air Jordan XI ‘Concord’, Nike Air Flight One (which inspired the Zoom Rookie), and many, many more. I love the episode were he hated xmas and all he wanted was the taxi 12s, but he learned theres more to life than materialistic items and gave them to a homeless kid.

No offense to anyone on here but the "heat" that he was rocking is "heat" now but really wasn't back then. There were no special colorways and limited released. There were only 3-5 colorways of Jordans every year. Anyone that had money got all of them for retail easily and noone bought retros.
If that's the case then explain how people got shot, robbed and profiled back in those days over a pair? hmmm... yeah

Big up to debez. When the OG Blk/Infared VI's dropped in '91, copped them on Base Exchange and wore them in the summer when working at restaurant a Seaworld for my HS summer job?! We old folk wore OUR ish back then. If you had heat back then, you wore it (though my old ass has yet to throw on my DB3's or Weatherman's hahahahaha)
