Earlier today Sneaker News showed you a sample pair of the Air Jordan XI Low ‘Concord’, seen on the feet of Michael Jordan and on SoleFly purveyor Carlos Prieto. Looks like he’s got another sick sample for us – the Air Jordan XI Low in the ‘Bred’ colorway. Like the Concord low, these are indeed a sample of a sample, as the ‘Bred’ low-top version of the patent-leather Air Jordan XI was also a sample from 1996. This 2011 sample version features a red inner lining (consistent with the ’96 sample) and a black synthetic leather upper instead of ballistic nylon mesh. Will these release? You can bank on that new White/Red/Black colorway hitting stores this Summer 2012, but for now, both the ‘Bred’ and ‘Concord’ versions are just in the sample stage at this point. Check out another shot of MJ wearing these samples a decade and a half ago below and let us know what you think.

These imo are the best looking XI's maybe because the low model of the XI mid just has a just as sweet touch compared to the othr low XI's which take the shoe in a whole nother direction..thanks sneakernews for keeping us with dope updates and Merry X-Mas..

Low tops look pretty sick but they can't touch the high tops. Something about high tops just makes me cringe but I'd definitely cop the breds and the concord lows.

Release these i prefer mesh upper because its holds up better while leather wrinles and fold but its easy to clean but either way i wont care just as long as these release. The leather looks so and so cheap but then again sort of soft and hard

I would much prefer to have some mesh on these…..
But regardless, they are still WAY better than the IE's in my opinion.

I understand a lot of you guys would prefer mesh, but it makes sense to use leather on lows. Otherwise, the shoe wouldn't have much structure to it, and would be kind of flimsy.
And of course, they need something else to differentiate the lows from the highs besides the height of the shoe. So I'm sure we'll probably always see leather on XI lows.

I prefer the concord lows. At the end of the day I would take the white/red low over any of them though. Jb should drop those.
