Nike LeBron 9 – Kentucky Home PE
December 22nd, 2011 by John K. | 6 comments

While the NBA was mired in a lock-out, Nike Basketball shrewdly created three on-court and available-for-retail colorways of the Nike LeBron 9 modeled after three big-name collegiate basketball squads – the University of Kentucky, the University of Miami, and the Ohio State University. Dubbed the ‘University Pack’, all three colorways (sans team logos) hit stores, starting with the ‘Kentucky’, which dropped first in mid-October. Here we have a look at the ‘Home’ version of that PE (notice the UK logo on the tongue); it features a White primary base with Varsity Royal on the Hyperfuse/Flywire shell, Midsole, Weave paneling, and inner lining. Better than the ‘Away’? Check out the gallery of images below and let us know which College PE colorway of the LeBron 9 you like best. via LRJ23.

ugly to me
much better than the aways, i think these got some flavor, the white enhances the detailing
mayb if they had da blu laces in them... i jus dont like da lbj 9 really.. great hoopin shoe, but not a great lookin casual shoe... wit da exception of da chinas & cannons
same colorblocking on the freegums I like! But not sure i like better than the pair that released
Better then the away colorway white brings more detail realese these!
