this article is useless. it talks about the shoe having new tech, compared to the og, but then doesn't tell us any of the tech that went into it. not even if they use zoom or lunar or air. and they still could've easily made them look much better anyway. JB is garbage nowadays

That's why these are great, these are far more advance then the actual aqua 8's. Only a dumbass would disagreee, the flywire straps are much more durable, the materials are far beyound the OG and 07's. U don't have to worry about paint chipping and cracks toebox collasping in so bad, these are basketball shoes so the performance and quality r so much more better. For all yo who think fashion these will fit in, most of y'all got the fusion aquas. Most of y'all 07 pair is though or bought to be so y'all might as well. These will sell out not the first day by over a month or so cuz the basketball players and collectors are gonna scoop'em up

All those who's complaining on these don't know shit. These are good for the game, they're made to ball in. Every jordan isn't made for style they never was there to play basketball. Only the retros from 06 til now were made for fashion that's why less of materials or quality y'all say hasn't been there. Ppl rock jordans for fashion now and jordan knows it so of course he's gonna charge more, long as jordans are on the street then the basketball court he'll yea jordan gone give us what he be giving us

same goes for me, wait til the price drop then imma cop. it's not as bad as i thought it would be although the tongue logo should have been the OG's. Strap is ok for me but the whole shoe looks kinda big, like having a big ass submarine on feet

Agree with sneaker news, when it comes down to it jordan has to be about preformence, that doesnt mean they cnt come out with the same kind of heat that they used to, but preformance is the priority. That being said i don't that hybrids are a good idea. They always end up getting hated on estericly, and they never have the innovation to be high preformance.

Don't know why everyone is bitching? For those of us lucky enough to own a pair of aqua 8's and may not want to get them destroyed on court (esp dusty courts) these make an excellent alternative. They may even out-perform the 8's in terms of performance with the addition of herringbone and by the looks of the mesh, better breath ability.

These kick are an abomination look too much like the aqua 8s.....99% of jumpman kicks are all garbage that's why they always on sale and clearance ..... retros all day 4 me

For ppl like the BTK dude I want you guys to know Js were made for balling not for fashion, I understand the whole sneaker grail ra ra, but Js were made for balling. They don't design Js retros or new for what would look good on feet, they designed them to make you an animal on the court. I feel like alot of ppl are forgetting this. There are ppl out here who actually move, play sports, etc and use the shoe for what it is build for and not for trying to flex on ppl when they go out.

I actually like these, unlike the other ones. I'd consider getting them when they go on sale..maybe. lol

The front looks terrible... if you rock your jeans right you may be able to get a pass for some real aquas. #fail
