When will these be released?
You can put a name on a shoe put I still might not sale. Thais the cardinal Jordan retro 7 for example or those horrible Olympic 5's with the patent leather toe all have the name. But those joints are still on shelves in stores. A dope shoe is a dope shoe with or without the hype.

Who is they? I define it as a young kid who asks everyone's else opinion about what shoe to buy and is only concerned with impressing others with what they call "heat". I agree with dude. I'm not apart of "The Sneaker Culture" or what you dudes call "Sneakerheads". I have liked shoes since before they were hyped and had all these special releases to sell them. Shoes used to just sell because they were good looking shoes I.E., the "Concords". A simple black/white shoe that still sells out.

how is it hype, nike for years now has been putting out special "year of" shoes for the asian markets and u.s. markets. its a celebration of the chinese new year, so every year are you going to say its hype by nike? because year of the pig,rat,horse,snake, etc still havent dropped i think
Why do you think they do it? Because when you put some type of name on it, it instently becomes fire in people’s eyes.
