Nike 6.0 Mogan 3 iD

The Mogan series has been Nike 6.0′s most successful to date, a versatile design that comes in either Mid or Low silhouettes and was recently previewed entering its third generation as a part of the spring 2012 collection.  And not only will we soon start to see the in-house Nike 6.0 Mogan 3 colorways popping up at retailers shortly, but we’re also less than a week away from both models hitting the Swoosh’s online customization service.  The Mogan 3 6.0 will arrive on NIKEiD on January 5th with its Mid and Low versions both available with LunarLon-cushioned cupsoles, but the Lows will also offer a more traditional vulc-like bottom, and either can be enhanced with an optional forefoot strap.  It’s clear from these sample images that a fairly wide range of possibilities exist even with the shoe’s uncluttered lines thanks to a bold range of colors and materials, and you’ll see a ton of examples when you click on the jump below.

Air Jordan 8.0 Aqua Arriving @ Retailers

Say what you want about the hybridization of Air Jordan classics, but at least they bring the OG models more up to date from a tech standpoint. Let’s face it, if you show up to ball rocking a pair of Air Jordan VIII’s you’re not exactly getting the most of what current basketball sneaker construction has to offer. For that reason alone the Air Jordan 8.0 in the beloved ‘Aqua’ colorway is worth checking out, with the black and blue look intact on this modern take on MJ’s eighth. Follow us after the jump for a few additional views and let us know in the comments where you stand with this hybrid model, which is starting to trick in at retailers like Oneness.

New Balance MO673 SB Gore Tex co.jp Outdoor Pack

New Balance has a handful of trail models that have crept into the lifestyle category from their originally intended design (think the H710 and the MT580). With that being said, they’ve still got things locked when it comes to full on boots, as shown here by this new silhouette-the New Balance MO673 SB Gore-Tex, which comes with a waterproof upper and a chunky sole that’s ready for action. Last time we gave you a look at this pack, the comments section reflected a lament over its apparent Asian-exclusivity, but at least one spot over here will have them up for grabs. Continue on after the jump for a better look at all three and grab them now from the always on point, Packer Shoes.

adidas Skateboarding Rod Laver Vintage Busenitz

Around these parts, the lion’s share of retro signature sneakers that pop up bear the names of basketball’s elite. A bit of an anomaly in that category is the adidas Rod Laver, a low-top sneaker made for the tennis master of the same name that made its debut long before anyone wanted to be like Mike. Having since been reinvented a handful of times, the latest version of the shoe comes from the adidas Skateboarding division. This particular model was done up by team rider Dennis Busenitz, whose name pops up on the heel section of the midsole and the unique tongue tag. Busenitz keeps the colorway pretty straightforward, with a smooth black suede paired up with contrastive white stitching. Continue reading for the full look and let us know what you think of the latest from adidas Skateboarding. If you like the look of the adidas Skateboarding Rod Laver Vintage grab them now from Premier.

adidas Crazy 8 Denver Nuggets

These days Kobe makes a significant effort to let it be known that he’s a Nike company man, but we all remember his start in the footwear world with the Three Stripes. This year’s return of his second signature shoe with adidas, the Crazy 8 apparently had our readers reminiscing, as the 1998 NBA All-Star Game edition locked down the title of Best Adidas Release in our readers choice poll. Since you guys are checking for them, here’s a look at a new navy and gold colorway that has a bit of a Denver Nuggets feel to it. Hit the jump for a more detailed look and let us know if the adidas Crazy 8 reissue is stealing any thunder away from Kobe’s latest Swoosh product. If you like what you see, the Navy/Gold colorway can be had now at Finishline.

New Balance 574 Spring 2012 Colorways

Sneaker News brought you word of an upcoming New Balance 574 cast entirely in burgundy suede and mesh yesterday, but it looks like that shoe and the new ‘Classics’ tongue tag are still a ways off.  That’s because here today, headed to retail with the more familiar tag are three new colorways, one of which finds itself dipped in a red shade somewhere between those burgundys and Ronnie Fieg’s recent Kith collab.  This vibrant red shade finds its match in a plum edition that’s constructed identically, and this trio completes itself with the classic navy/silver combo showing off a bit of contrast stitching.  Each of the three is solid in its own right, so how will you pick just one when you see them at retailers like West NYC?

Air Jordan 2012 White Black | Available Early on eBay

The upcoming Air Jordan 2012 flagship will make a ton of noise once it splashes down in 2012, but does it have what it takes to be deemed a successful follow-up to the Air Jordan 2011 – the ‘comeback’ Air Jordan? On the outer face of the shoe is a wingtip-inspired construction, with perforations lining the upper leather panels, but inside the shoe is a high-tech performance-grade build, with the ‘Fly Over’ cushioning insole and the removable inner bootie. Thus far, we’ve seen just the White/Black version as well as the ‘University Blue’ and the polarizing ‘Year of the Dragon’ edition, but stick with Sneaker News for even more updates and get your Air Jordan XXVII ahead of time by copping this sample from smooth888168 on eBay.

Nike Air Max 1 Premium Black Brown White | 2012 Sample

The Air Max 1 would be a first-ballot unanimous choice for a sneaker ‘Hall of Fame’, as it is recognized as the fire-starter for the most historic running legacy ever created as well as one of the most ‘collectible’ sneakers known to man. A look at this 2012 sample reveals some interesting plans for the Air Max 1, given by the lux materials used on the upper, like black suede, black leather, and a distressed brown leather on the tongue label. The midsole is also a solid brown, while the outsole uses the multi-colored blocking. Golden Nike Air stitching on the heel completes this premium-grade Air Max 1 package, which has us wondering what other gems Nike Sportswear has planned for 2012. Check out the detailed angles below courtesy of airkena on NT and let us know what you think.
