New Balance was definitely picking up steam stateside in 2011, with heads checking more and more for higher end models like the 999 and the 1500. With that being said, it would be foolish to not pay respect to the New Balance 574 in the same regard, the erstwhile Dunk of the Boston brand. Consider it the baseline silhouette, the ubiquitous model that will keep killing it year in and year out with new materials and colorways. The combo shown here sees some tonal grey/black looks with suede uppers and a leather hit for the all important N. Follow us after the jump to get a better look at both and keep your eyes peel for them at your local NB retailer. via SM
