Nike LeBron 9 ‘Galaxy’ All-Star – New Images

NBA All-Star Weekend has long been one of those events that you know will be brimming with related sneaker releases. The stage is too big and bright for the big name brands to turn down the idea of trotting out a new colorway in grand fashion, and Nike in particular has made a great use of that over the last few years. This time around they appear to be taking the ‘All-Star’ idea very literally, at least on this new colorway of the Nike LeBron 9. At first known as the Nike LeBron 9 ‘Big Bang’ this red hot colorway utilizes a galactic flavor, especially on the lining and insole which feature starry patterns and an outline of the Leo constellation, an obvious choice with the ubiquitous Lion/LeBron imagery. This time around we’ve got a great look at the insides, as well as some up close shots that show off the slick details on this upcoming colorway. for people who say this cant be the all star shoes because they arent blue are crazy becuase lebron has a gold pair of all star shoes and wheat color and a RED pair before... so yes these are the all stars so stop saying they arent
I've been nagging at nike to give a release date they said 'check back in a month'
I will probably catch shit for saying it but after the Jordan 3, Jordan 11, and AF1, the Lebron 9 is my favorite silhouette of all time. However, aside from the Cannons and Kentuckys, none of the colorways are really doing it for me.

nice colorway, but still an ugly shoe and too much like some bby phat boots, no line has as much hype as the lebron line yall eat up and hype over anything lebron

these are alright, a lot like the OC color way for the kobes last year, so it doesn't hit me as a "new" look so to say, even tho it looks like a mixture of red and orange so there is a change. imnot really feeling the tongue either, looks kidish, power rangers lion? the insole logo should be on the tongue and vica versa. everything else is cool, will cop these if theres not too much hype, don't see myself wearing these too often anyways

ok either this shoe is fucked up in itself or these are fake bc on the first picture of the second page the heels arent symnettrical...
That's because one shoe is slightly ahead of the other and turned in more. Other than that, they're completely "symmetric" (0_o) Nice colorway
east allstars are blue like every year so why would this be the allstar cw?
all STAR. galaxy deals with the stars...there are starts and constellations all over the shoes. Kd, lebron, and kobe are all going in the galaxy direction for this years..no blue this time around!
There's no uniform code for All-Star game footwear, but it's been Nike's color-theme the past few years that has assigned Blue for the East & Red for the West...so it seems this year's story will be different. That said, these are nice!
I liked LeBron 9s since they came out and now every1 who hated on them r goign 2 buy this pair...

When everyone, including me, first saw the lebron 9's, they looked like crap. but these unbelievable colorways have saved this shoe. THESE R DOPE
If the sneaker looks like crap it looks like crap. The color way should be what makes you like the sneaker. The attention to detail and other factors should play in to make you like a sneaker
