Nike SB’s releases might get the lion’s share of attention when it comes to Dunk releases these days, but don’t forget about Nike Sportswear’s quarterly drops. The Nike Dunk Low is coming up for spring 2012 in two new colorways that offer a case study in how blocking affects the overall feel of a relatively simple design. This first pair is arguably the stronger standout of the two thanks to a bright yellow on the overlay that really pops against a navy blue base. The choice of a brown Swoosh turns out to be critical in adding balance to allow for the ubiquitous white Dunk midsole to make a welcome appearance, and you can see more angles of how it all fits together after the jump below. via mita sneakers
