The past couple months have been a bit of a wild ride material-wise for the Converse Jack Purcell. They got the fuzzy wuzzy treatment thanks to Medicom, and later showed up with a woven tweed look. Turns out there’s more where that came from, as the All Star brand is rolling out the Converse Jack Purcell Veludo, a low top joint with textured velvet for the upper. The debut pairs come in red and black respectively, making these surprisingly low key for a sneaker with such an audacious choice of materials. Stick with us after the jump for a full look at the Converse Jack Purcell Veludo. These can be had now at Converse’ Japanese web presence.
