You might expect that comedian Aziz Ansari would have picked up something about basketball given the title of his popular NBC sitcom, but he hasn’t showed up at enough celebrity all-star games to warrant serious consideration as among the best entertainment industry ballers. But as far as Aziz is concerned, Kobe Bryant could just as easily extend his spotlight-stealing dominance from the hardwood to the stage at a comedy club. Ansari’s on the #KobeSystem, as in Nike Zoom Kobe VII and its unprecedented level of custom adaptation, and you can see his hilarious take on the Black Mamba’s latest Nike Basketball signature in the full video after the jump. Kobe has a history of outlandish commercials, from MVPuppets to jumping Aston Martins and pools of snakes; where does this tall tale rank among them?
