Complex’s Complete Sneaker Guide To Spike Lee’s ‘He Got Game’
January 10th, 2012 by Aaron Hope | 17 comments

Before he was an NBA champion and the league’s all-time three-point shooting king, Ray Allen starred in a Spike Lee joint with which he became so thoroughly linked, many still refer to him as ‘Jesus Shuttlesworth’ to this day. He Got Game is replete with late ’90s basketball classics, from the obvious ‘Pearl’ Nike Air Foamposite Pro to the subtler role played by the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star lowtop, and Complex has turned their list making machine to seeking the film for noteworthy appearances. There are a baker’s dozen in total, so check them out over at Complex and let us know which you’d most likely pick up as a retro release, and if any of them are better than Ray’s sick collection of Air Jordan PEs.
