Serena Williams will kick off the Nike Black History Month 2012 product showcase by debuting her personal collection in Melbourne, Australia; it features her signature Nike Air Max Mirabella 3, a NSW Destroyer Jacket, the C72 Bag, and the Season Knit Jacket, all tied in together with 2012′s graphic rendition of Black History Month. This year’s trademark design is inspired by the achievements and pioneering spirit of three historic teams; the 1991 USA Women’s Basketball team, the 2002 Brazil Men’s Soccer team, and the 2008 Kenyan Long-Distance running team.
