We’ve seen the worlds of sneakers and comic books collide again and again, whether it be through custom creations paying homage or through certified collabos. Is this latest version of the adidas Originals ZX 500 another case of that? Well no, not officially, but if you’ve spent any time flipping through Marvel pages then it’s hard not to take a look at this blue and yellow combo without being reminded of the OG X-Men uniforms. But if you’re not into comics (or you’re strictly a DC person) then you can take these at face-value as just another colorful version of this classic adidas runner. Just got mine too bad I took a too big a size thinking it was like my superstar and gazelle :(
