When it comes to the Nike Air Max 90, it’s hard to argue that the most popular look for this classic runner is anything but the OG one. We’re all familiar with the beauty of the black mudguard and bright white mesh with a nice color pop thrown in there-but sometimes you need something a bit cleaner. Enter the Nike Air Max 90 Premium in white leather, a sneaker whose counterpart popped up a few weeks back. The star of the show here is the upgraded material selection, namely the white leather that comes with a tumbled look for a more luxurious feel. The shot above shows off the tumbled treament, but you’re gonna want to check the rest of after the jump, trust us. No word yet on a US release but these can be had now via Caliroots’ online presence.

my questions: 1. why only the toebox in the tumbled leather? 2. is this that nasty fake-ass tumbled leather they use on JB these days? 3. other than the tumbled parts, is the rest of the leather actually leather? or the standard issue fake 'leather' nike uses these days on most of its 90s? 4. are they the normal nike laces or those weird ones that started popping up like on the 2010 'laser blues'? since i'm pretty sure i know the answers to the above, i'll pass.

lol 1. it's only on the toebox because nike don't care about producing good quality products 2. to me, that looks like the same 'tumbled leather' on, say, the cardinal jordan 7s. which isn't real leather. 3. just because nike says its leather, doesn't mean it came from an animal. 4. who cares really, just said it because those laces suck. enjoy your premium P.O.S. bruz....
