Question: Which of the new Foamposite One/Pro releases since 2009′s Eggplant should have been an ‘OG’? When Nike Sportswear retros a shoe, some sneakerheads approach new colorways with the mindset of “Would I have worn this if it released back then?”. One of the most popular non-OG Foams is undoubtedly the Copper, but it’s safe to say that it would’ve been a bit too ‘loud’ for the mid-90′s. Other colorways, like the upcoming Varsity Red might’ve been, considering a Pro version did in fact release. Additionally, these would’ve made fantastic Player Exclusives for Scottie Pippen, who was poised to be a Foamposite representative. Why is everyone talking about Thursday morning, these come out on Saturday. And I'm not even a foams type of person but I like these so I guess I'll be getting them... besides I know the folks that work at the shoe store so they will be set aside for me :-)

Local spot sold em early, went pretty quick. So I'm laying the ground work now because I want 2 pairs of these. Will become a great shoe to trade in a couple of years.

These lost a lot of luster from the ones dey showed @ moe's..i'm still copping and to all the nonsense about everybody going to have them. BS! These are very limited compared to jordans..seems like only footlocker get them here in carolina so datz two pair for every size..yea I def dont have dat problem and what sneakerhead wears their shoes straight out da gate..i let da zombies wear em out and bring mine out next summer or fall..if you were a real sneakerhead then u could pull that off lol
I'm tired of seeing 100 different angles of the same shoe. I get it it's hyped up people want it etc etc. build hype and cause mass hysteria introduce a little anarchy(Heath joker voice) I can't wait to see who gets shot,stabbed or gets in a fight over an over rated shoe.

lebron galaxy will be a QS it appears so they will be a lot more limited and 50 cheaper at retail. Despite those facts, it's a toss up isn't it because these are seriously that beautiful.

reg sz or a .5 up they can be kinda tight until they mold to ur foot.. definitely not smaller tho
220 w/ tax is around 240, sorry I just can't see myself doing that for a shoe that will be on a lot of people's feet I have a hard time now paying 160 for GR jordans that everybody will have so no way I coming out my pocket for this, sucks hard b/c I like the shoe
can't really compare shit jordan quality to the quality of a foamposite (even if they're not as quality as they used to be). That's like saying you'd pay 160 to watch some high school football, but won't pay 220 to watch the super bowl.
Its not about the quality, but more about the availability of the shoe, I got a pair of bins for 275 on ebay this past week. 240 for a non-exclusive shoe is just too much. Back on quality though its the same material they been using so why up the prices, its not like they are making a better quality shoe.
I know most don't believe this, but the cost of goods and services do go up over time. I honestly cannot sit here and explain a 10% hike in price from one year to the next, but a price increase makes 100% complete sense. Wages go up, the cost of materials goes up (partly due to the cost of transporting these materials, i'm pretty sure we all know the price of oil has gone up, up, up). I also do not think this shoe will be overly available for the amount of demand. Many, many, many people will unfortunately miss out on this release.
I don't think everybody will have these.. Only 1 store in my area is getting these & only receiving 10 pair total.. From what I hear all are already spoken for by employees.. This same store was the only one in my area to get the electric blue pro (6 Pair) & Pine green pro's (12 pair) Does anybody know if these are more limited than the Pine greens or Electric blues? These sites sure make it sound like they'll be hard to cop..
