Sneaker News has started down the path toward the 2012 NBA All-Star weekend in Orlando with a growing selection of previews, most of which carry an intergalactic theme of some sorts in tribute to the central Florida coast’s NASA influence. For players like Kobe Bryant who seem ahead of the evolutionary curve when compared to the competition, the ‘Big Bang’ theme seems even more fitting on the Nike Zoom Kobe VII ‘All-Star’, a shoe whose graphical complexity rivals the four-pack of ZK6s released las year when Bryant and the Lakers hosted the ASG. Could we see more from the Mamba this year, perhaps something more in line with the traditional Western Conference blue uniforms?
