It’s a curious thing to take a classic running silhouette, alter it to share a passing resemblance to a recently revived clasic basketballer, then apply a couple of patterns from the b-ball series that permanently relagated this brand to runner-up status. But that’s the exact recipe for success as cooked up on the new Reebok Ventilator HLS, a model that seems to borrow a bit of Elephant and speckle prints as well as an almost-’Infrared’ colorway for the kind of look that you might expect from a future civilization trying to piece together what sneaker culture was like as the late ’80s became the early ’90s. Click through so you can see more angles, let us know what you think about this apparently Nike-borrowing pastiche and grab yours from an RBK dealer like Shelta.

Why hasn't Reebok gone bankrupt yet? Oh, that's right. Old people.

Regardless of who stole what design, this shoe is very feminine looking…it looks like a nurse's shoe.

Clean. Simple. Stylish. Unlike the recent Jordans, too many colors. Makes me look like a clown
