Nike iD recently re-introduced the Nike Air Max 2009 to its arsenal of footwear, boasting a new design options that allows a sick gradient fade to and fro’ the rear. It’s up to you to decide where you want the color fade to begin at the toe or the heel, but based on these completed Nike Air Max 2009 iD samples that are currently up for viewing at Nike Harajuku, it’s clear that you really can’t go wrong either way. Of course, if you don’t fancy the gradient effect, you can opt for a solid color, like the ‘South Beach’ sample pictured below. The Nike Air Max 2009 iD is available now at Nike iD so head there to tinker with the options, and order your pair now!

I love AM2009s, but considering AM2011s are probably as good if not better and you can find pairs for under $100, not so sure I'm going to go through with it and create a pair of 2009s for $200. Also, can't lie to you and tell you I don't love the GID feature, but the reality of it is that I won't be working out or doing much of anything in complete darkness so no one including myself will be able to see the glow.
