It was clearly a deliberate omission on the part of Nike Sportswear that sees their 30th Anniversary Air Force 1 silhouette on the outside looking into this year’s NBA All-Star pack, but one that also opened the door for the ‘other’ classic basketball cornerstone of the NSW catalog. The Nike Dunk High Premium Quickstrike ‘All-Star 2012 Pack’ is the best non-SB thing to happen to this silhouette in a good while, a thematically expressive trio that features an array of spacey imagery along with the kind of industrial lettering you’d see at a space center or nuclear reactor. They come with the same supernova sockliners as the Nike Basketball signature trio and you’ll find the All-Star Dunk High Quickstrikes along with the ‘GITD’ and ‘Orlando’ Air Flight Ones, plus the ‘Galaxy’ Foamposite Ones. Suffice to say, the Thursday, February 23rd release on NikeStore is going to drain plenty of wallets; what’s your shopping strategy for 2012 NBA All-Star sneakers?
wish i could get an AF1 Galaxy pair....it would make sense galaxy been the hot theme and af1 been 30 this year.
Yes. Clearly these are not your average dunks. You can tell that from the pictures or also the article. I won't hate if you don't like them, I'm not the biggest fan of dunks either...but these...chalk another up for the collection. Actually, I'm not excited these are coming out. How can you be excited for a dunk when those foams, j's, kd's & lbj9's are all dropping right around the same time.
