Sneaker News just revealed images described by a phrase that many sneakerheads have been eagerly awaiting for almost seventeen years: Air Jordan XI ‘Blackout’. That sample pair is generating quite a buzz, and there’s another recent black-uppered Air Jordan revelation with a black upper that’s also causing a stir in the community. Coming the wake of the ‘Knicks Pack’ Spiz’ikes and a couple of orange-and-blue-accented releases for this spring is another Air Jordan IV for 2012, a black nubuck design that’ll have you scratching your head when you realize these are basically only one color away from last fall’s wacky Doernbecher x AJ4. It looks like we won’t have to fear that these are a Spike Lee ‘PE’ this time around, so that leaves the question: when is the Air Jordan IV ‘Knicks’ release date? Stick with Sneaker News to find out, and check out a new set of images in the meantime. via Air-Randy
