I'll probably get a lot of discontent for this, but I actually prefer the looks of the fire reds to the cements. Especially now that they changed the color from "cement" to "tech"-grey. For me it's the fire reds + the playoffs.
real sneaker heads have had the experience of camping out, waiting in line praying that they get their pair. It's what makes the experience worthwhile to me. it's no different than collecting cards, stamps, whatever. sometimes the threal of the chase is what makes it so fun. The game gets messed up when people lives are on the line for some damn shoes. I wouldnt blame that necessarily on the young heads tho, its the people who dont have any respect for human lives. be safe out there saturday.

Real sneakerheads have stood in line, scramble to find their size, and usually hold on to whatever they cop.
