the shade of cement IS darker than the 99s…and when they're next to each other, it makes me appreciate these a lot less, BUT when these are by them selves they look super clean and fresh…can't wait, so soon!

Me and my friend, we're only 13 years old, but we're some of the realest sneakerheads in our school of over 1,000 students. We know almost everything there is to know about Jordans, Nikes, SBs, and we also talk about Asics and New Balances every once in a while. What people don't understand is that no matter how young you are, you can be realer of a sneakerhead than the 40-year old who witnessed MJ play. My friend got into the sneaker game because of his father, who been in the sneaker game for about 15-20 years now. I'm getting into it by getting SBs, and he's into it with Js. Neither of us are hypebeasts, and hate people who pay $120 for some beat 2010 Pearls, or $600 for 2011 Concords. All I'm saying is, rock what you like, know what you're getting, and cherish it, because you'll never know if they don't retro it again.

I think that f-wannabees is frustrated and we all can understand it to a point.I think that the re-sellers are the main issue…I have been collecting a long time and I cant be mad at the teenagers standing in line..I can remember beggin my parents for the metallic 5s and in high school the obsidian 12s…I think we need to all be pissed and angry at the resellers they are the ones killin the game its just not fun anymore.When you cant buy a general release and he next day there is 10 ebay pages full of them thats the real problem.If kids couldnt cop then i would have never gotten shoes as a kid and become a "sneakerhead".

real sneaker heads have had the experience of camping out, waiting in line praying that they get their pair. It's what makes the experience worthwhile to me. it's no different than collecting cards, stamps, whatever. sometimes the threal of the chase is what makes it so fun. The game gets messed up when people lives are on the line for some damn shoes.
