A year ago, Landry Fields couldn’t even get recognized inside a New York City Modell’s Sporting Goods store. Now, he’s the toast of the town thanks to his synergistic companionship with fellow youngster phenom Jeremy Lin, who will be throwing up lobs to Landry tonight during the 2012 BBVA Rising Stars Challenge. We already showed you what Lin will be wearing, but Landry just might have him beat in the sneaker department because he’ll be wearing these sick PEs of the Nike Zoom Kobe VII. It features the Spike Lee-approved Orange and Blue with a speckled midsole and the Rising Stars ‘Sophomore’ patch on the inner face of the tongue. These aren’t ‘iD-able’, but you can definitely get close enough, but check out the extra shots of Landry Fields’ Kobe VII PEs below (with another spy-shot of Lin’s Hyperdunk Lows) after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for some great on-court Feet coverage of tonight’s headlining event!
Landry fields not lin, duuumbassss... im a die hard knicks fan but all dis Linsanity is started to get old... all i kno is if dude wasnt asian & frum an ivy league school, he would jus b another pg in da league. Sad to put race into da fatter but its da truth. Even da back of da new york post said Jeremy Lin is "Am-Asian" instead of amazin
he's talkin about the kicks in the background dip shit and a second thing if it was any body who came from a bench warmer to lighting teams on fire in a big market team that was struggling they would be stars too
