The frequency of Nike Air Yeezy 2 sightings has slowed a bit in early 2012, but if we get anywhere near the March 23rd release date that’s been circulating, you can expect to see a whole lot more from Kanye West’s latest collaboration with Nike Sportswear. These new shots of the black/pink Air Yeezy 2 come courtesy of Mr. West’s associate Don C, the same fellow who recently showed us what it would look like atop an Air Jordan VI-derived sole. They give a sense of the variety of textures in play and only hint at the glow-in-the-dark sole with so-so lighting. The only sneaker on the horizon that could make March more explosive than February’s been, you can see more of the black and pink Air Yeezy 2 after the jump below.

Am I the only one that thinks these new ones and the original are trash? Is there something I am missing about these or the originals? Please explain it too me... i must have bumped my head... I just dont get it... the design is uninspired (just like the original and the colors make me wanna replace my eyeballs with scoops of chocolate ice cream (just like the originals)... I also think its interesting when it was announced that Lil Wayne was getting a shoe, everyone made fun of him and is like "who cares" but Kanye is just as much of a douche right?

I like what I like. And i do actually like these. I know that there will be people who just get these to sell them but i want these to keep. I like the Zen Grey colorway a little better for the Air Yeezy 2.
Lets do some quick math; To make this shoe, itll cost somewhere from 10-25 bucks in materials, retailing for 215-240 so thats 205-215 for nike and 1300 for the resellerssss lol FOHHHH, personally im not buyin a pair where my pant cuff cant fit around the entire upper. Joints are designed lazy and effortless for the hype. Nike was a company about quality/sports, now rappers get shoes and they retail for more than ni66as that won championships, mvps, etc.
