Nike Sportswear’s summer 2011 was filled with Hyperfuse hybrids that brought a lightweight and breathable new feel to some of the Swoosh’s classic models, but this summer looks to provide a less technical approach to what’s shaping up to be a key overarching theme. The Nike Air Force 1 Low Deconstruct takes a thirty year-old classic that’s notoriously bulky and slims down the silhouette until we’re working with something on the order of a Dunk NL. There will also be Dunk Deconstructs hitting retailers later this year, the majority of which feature the same monochromatic suede plus white/gum sole setup that you see on this grey pair.
