John Varvatos’ collaboration with Converse will remain popular into the forseeable future thanks to subtle variations like these that reflect his signature aesthetic while allowing for multiple degrees of progress. These new drops pair a couple of Converse All Star Laceless Hi designs cast in canvas with two lowtops done mostly in that same material. But the overall effect of the Sprint Grip Ox is decidedly different thanks to a leather wrap around the sole and tonal and textural contrasts thanks to suede toes.
