Nobody reading this probably has any qualms with calling sneakers art, a connection that Nike has been embracing more and more through their innovative delivery of various silhouettes. The Nike Free sole system is definitely one such work of art, a fluid motion system designed for maximum flexibility in mimicry of the human foot. As a means of presenting the new Nike Free Run+ 3 Nike recently held an event in Beijing celebrating the sneaker and its predecessors, with a presentation by Nike Running lead designer Mark Miner, on location Nike iD sessions, and a preview of what’s in store for the line. Click through for a photo tour of the exhibit courtesy of Freshness, who also has some nice slide shows of some more of the art on location.
