No nb usa is now wayyyyyyy better than uk right now. 1300,576,574,1400,998,996 are u shitting my bean. and although asian nbs usually are terribly shaped, i cant help but love alot of UAs work.
Asian. Made. So. Bad. Hurts. Eyes. Please. Stop. having said that, even the Made in UK are slipping lately, quality wise. But the shape is better. Still not great like it used to be. IF ONLY THEY HAD MADE IN USA NB 1500's!
Yes, the shape is so lousy. That's the sign of poor quality. I wouldn't say the UK is slipping though, more like NBUSA is catching up ever so slowly.. C'mon, NBUSA, 1300's.... Make us Proud!
NB USA is not catching up ever so slowly, they've overtaken NB UK and streaked ahead. The latest 1500's I got (GBT's) are dead average in terms of quality. USA 1300's are now what UK 1500's used to be, aka the pinnacle of NB quality construction.
NBUK beats the US still in terms of fabrication. NBUSA sticks with the same leathers and such. I would like to see different fabrics like ripstop, canvas, etc... But I agree with the 1300's.. That shoe should be the staple of NBUSA.. It just looks right every time they do it!!
