Air Jordan VI ‘Jungle Fever’ Custom By Peculiar Kinetics

The channel of sneaker customs is wide open now-a-days, and we’ve certainly seen some out-of-the-box thinking from these artists, like this ‘Jungle Fever’ concept of the Air Jordan VI. Some of the previous Air Jordan VI custom jobs we’ve seen required a steady painter’s hand, but this one, provided to us by Peculiar Kinetics, dabbles with some unique materials like snakeskin and leopard print to capture that dangerous yet appealing wildlife attitude. We’ve seen the VI in horror-movie form and also in a high-end sports-car build – so does this ‘Jungle Fever’ complete the set? Check out the detailed images below and stick with Sneaker News for more of the funkiest sneaker customs!

where can i get these? lol
This shoe reminds me of the premio bin 23 releases, by the way, what happened to those??
chippest leopard print?
Execution is not "grade A work". The cutting is terrible and the toecap is cut too small and he should have followed the original stitch pattern on the fur, one stitch makes them look real flimsy and fake. The "A" comes in for originality he actually used his brain and thought of a new idea other than colorway grafting form another Jordan, but it seems like most of you kids are highly lacking in the originality area thats why the comments are always so negative when somebody posts a custom out of the ordinary. Also if Jordan dropped a 6 anything similar to this shoe you haters would be creamin' out your asses for them. And would put money on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like this alot but, I dont like it on this shoe!
these look like shit...i would never rock.
These are better than some of the more recent VI customs.
oh, heeelllll nooooo!!!!
I love the snake skin, but the animal print is horrible. It reminds me of a cheap outfit that a 45 year old woman would wear to a club thinking she is in her 20's again. I also think about a stripper pole dancer when I look at these!
Everyone is intitled to their opinion. If the guy likes making customs than let him do his thing. We must stop being so negative, everyone has their own style. I mean like if made these. And wore them you wouldn't really care.
#+!* JB maybe if they made just original color ways people wouldn't have to resort to using their creativity. How can u hate on these though;I've seen worse lakers or piston patent iv's straight trash but suckers fall for paying top $ for those get real.
THESE PEOPLE THAT DO CUSTOMS NEED TO LEAVE THE 6"s ALONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Luv 2 c the jumpman in the back...
if you like ruining a perfectly good 6, great job. customs is for girls. lets b real, who would rather have a custom than an official release. great way to drop the value too. i give it up
They need to stick to customizing AF1 wht/whts... No reason to make a perfectly great shoe look like utter shit.
Can't hate on the details. but where would you wear these though?
real creative but you'll never see anything like this on my feet
Not good execution, the dumbest customization I've ever seen which is saying a lot.
Seeing stuff like this really makes me wanna give up on the sneaker game smh
Where can I buy these are awsome would love to rock them....
uh why
Seriously, why
I'd wear em for the sake of turning heads ..... They're cool lookin
Why is it lately that if someone makes a custom jordan it has to look like its a perfect time for two men to be touching eachother while wearing them?! And when did we start putting tiger print on snakeskin mustve missed that. .I give it a why don't you just wear em how they came in the box..and stop makin it look like you have a box..
thats the ugliest shit i have ever seen. someone should smack the designer upside the dome for this stupidy
I think I like em....yea I like em
Looks like some Jeremy Scott's shit...aaargh
can we just arrest these fools that keep butchering the J's?!?! horrendous
DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I need a pair of them!!!! Str8 up...sell me a pair!!!
IDK.......confused.
so where do we draw the line between customs and fakes??
thats a good question. Maybe if the customizer picked either snake or jaguar/ cheetah (whatever). I agree that these were well crafted though. Who ever did this has skills.
custom =real kicks that are customized , fake = fake kicks /bootleg kicks not made by the brand they're bootlegging .. and thats the LINE
These shiets are too wild. Back to the jungle is where it belongs.
mad props for doing this but its a gay kick no nigga should wear this much animal print
these are great if you wear leopard print jeggings(lil wayne) f*ck outta here! and i just noticed that these have snakeskin too. omg just one animal print at a time ur doin to much buddy
I give it an A+ for execution... As far as looks... Eh... B-
Dudes r to loyal to the Jordan Brand. Real JB fans will say WTF. Destroyed a classic. Looks like JB had raw sex with Jeremy Scott's panda kicks and this was the result. Ugly as ever no how ever
There's no such thing as too loyal.....if u like something u just like it....no way around that!!!!...and its not a "classic"..its a custom..!!! Lol
I agree A+ for execution... would've looked slightly better with a black or beige/tan midsole. That white takes away from it aesthetically
I agree ....an A+......I have never seen someone take the yellowin of the sole and use it as an advantage
well put. "D" from me (on looks) but it seems like good craftsmanship.
