We’re still waiting for that 25th anniversary capsule of Nike Air Max 1s, but this birthday year is indeed shaping up to be quite the bash for 1987’s visible Air debutante.  The Air Max 1 started picking up momentum early in the year with two-tone-plus-white colorways that echo today’s trend towards simplicity, and if you go a step further, the result is something like the pair pictured above.  These AM1s are covered entirely in Cyber twill, and with a white sole and sockliner, they have all the sunny appeal you could ever ask for in a springtime selection.  They’re available now at European Nike Sportswear retailers like British sneaker specialists Size? and be sure to check back with Sneaker News for word on a possible US release.

These are pretty nice. The AM1 silhouette is so perfect, I wish Nike would do a little better with it.
