Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Distressed’ Sample – Available on eBay
March 28th, 2012 by John K. | 10 comments

2003′s Brown Pack of the Nike SB Dunk (in Low and High) is the perfect example of how Nike SB gained its strength on simple, two-tone colorways. But Nike did experiment with some interesting materials, particularly with the Brown Pack; we’ve seen the ‘Distressed’ samples before – a basic Low and High that featured a paraffin wax-treated suede material that gave the shoe a true vintage vibe. Those Dunks never did hit stores and the only other pair we’ve seen were well-used, but a deadstock pair of this rare SB Dunk sample has surfaced. Get a better look at this “could-have-been” release and see what the asking price is by visiting the listing from ricegrainsandroses on eBay.

All the good shoes get scrapped. If it was suede on the brown part I'd want them even more.
