Dwight Freeney was one of the many celebrities/professional athletes that took the green this past weekend at the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational, joining a foursome of players that included Jordan, Green Bay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and Brian Baumgartner, who plays Kevin the ‘The Office’. Dwight, who is part of the Jordan Brand roster of NFL athletes, might’ve flashed the best footwear of the group, as he wore a pair of Air Jordan XII ‘Playoffs’ adjusted for the golfing green. It features a slightly lower cut than the basketball version (set for a release in three Saturdays), but with the altered spiked outsole. If you Jordan fans are on your golf game now, how sick would a release of these Playoffs be? Photos via wire
Oh no!!!..Nike messed up the XIIs!!! 2012s are the authentic golf shoes not these XIIs. Another epic fail decision by Nike's knuckleheads.
Tiger, tiger woods y'all! Lol sike nah, if I were to ever golf I would be highly interested in wearing those then some regular joints
I love to golf and I would def. drop Jordan money to golf in these!!! You drop money for regular Jordans, do you wear those? I doubt it. If you do then why wouldn't you wear these?! I would love to rock these to the course and break some necks!!!! Although my golf game is so bad maybe I don't want to bring any extra attention to it!!!
unique, different, cool! im not into golf but i can feel these, hell, if more people wore shoes like this on the green i might watch more golf. sike im playing... i just love 12's man
