Sneaker News started this week with a look at Michael Jordan’s golf shoes from his recently concluded celebrity invitational tournament, their appearance just on this side of a new month underlining the fact that back when MJ made this style famous, April was no time for goofing around on the golf course. April in the NBA means the end of the regular season and beginning of the postseason bracket, and we’re reminded of how much things have changed in the league since shoes like the Air Jordan XII Retro ‘Playoffs’ were tantamount to another Chicago Bulls title.
