Nike Air Force 1 – Upcoming 2012 Colorways
Nike Sportswear has done a pretty good job at keeping the lid rather tight over its AF1-XXX releases, but here we have a preview that spills a good amount of beans for you to pick at. Again, 2012 is in fact the 30th Anniversary of the Nike Air Force 1, so the spread you see here – rife with high-energy colors and inspired concepts – isn’t like anything we’ve seen in recent years for the AF1; a few quick to note is the ‘Olympic’-esque colorway of Navy with the Metallic Gold swoosh, a faux carbon fiber in red irght next to it, a Grey/Pink/Royal colorway that is mildly reminiscent of the Nike Dunk Low ‘Samba’ (yes, we’re reaching far back to ’01), and even a new Hiking Boot AF1 style that features bronzed lace-hoops at the upper ankle. There are a few more Nike Sportswear models sprinkled around this preview shot (like the LeBron 9 Low ‘Liverpool’ and a few AJ1 Phats), so take a look and we’ll keep you updated on all these exciting releases. Imma cop the Navy Gold ones. That's fine to see they tryna put fresh wind onto AF1. We've been waiting for four years . . .
The navy blue with the gold swoosh/gum sole is getting the most of my attention. Very clean looking.
I see a few nice colorways. Might or might not cop would obviously have to see detailed pics before making a decision.
The "fiber carbon" (although i don't think it is neither real or fake carbon) are VERY good. As the "samba" AF1 and the boots. I like the navy blue with blue dunks in the far back as well as the phat and the white and orange af1. Nike is always heavy with AF1, they should that much care with others shoes as well...
that all red pair with the royal blue laces and the navy pair with the gold laces are a go! Definitely going to be keeping track of air force one releases for sure.
i see that lebron low sample from a while back behind the navy/gold AF1. it looks to have some symbol on the heel. possibly a limited release? we shall se
Isn´t that the Lebron 9 Liverpools? I´m pretty sure Sneakernews wrote about them earlier today or yesterday.
