Here we have a look at some new details on the Air Yeezy 2, like the box-tag, insole detail, and glow-in-the-dark outsole. The Air Yeezy 2 in the Wolf Grey/Pure Platinum (information that Sneaker News unveiled) will officially be labeled as Air Yeezy 2 NRG (falling along the lines of other ‘Glow-in-the-Dark’ NSW releases), and the insole will featured a pressed mold of the Horus logo seen on the tongue. Also, like the original Air Yeezy, the Yeezy 2 will feature the ‘glow’ treatment on the outsoles. let me start buy saying the first pair def had more appeal to em but these shoes are not ugly they have more individuality and look very detailed as to where the first pair looked more like a lot of previous sneakers mixed into 1 and we all know which ones im talking bout and they look comfortable as hell all this hypebeast this n that either u can swagg em or u cant lets be honest

Honestly a lot of shoes lately have not been catching my eye. But I just want these shoes SOOOOO BADLY. I wear a lot of skinny jeans so they would fit my style and the attention to detail on these is amazing. If only they werent so hard to ge t :(

I am willing to bet that if Nike were to release these as a general release with no attachment to Kanye West whatsoever and just gave them some random name and priced them at 100 bucks they would sit on the shelves.
I totally agree with you @TokyoOctopus: These Yeezy's are one of the ugliest designed sneakers of all time. It's synonymous to the ugliest cars ever been produced like the 1970 AMC Gremlins, Pontiac Azteks and the Yugo cars. To add insult to injury, Nike even linked it to an (I assume) uneducated-no college degree, no pedigree Black rap artist Kanye West of the United States of America. It couldn't get anything worse than this awful combination. Surprisingly, these sneakers have the following. Pls do not misinterpret but if we take a close survey to those who are dying to have these, chances are these people are either Blacks or into rap music. But as they say, it's business. For as long Nike makes money then by all means they 'Just Do It"...keep on producing Yeezys. On the other hand, why not make it a General Release...flood the market and this h y p e will naturally die.
LOL i find it stupid when people say that this shoe wouldnt sell without kanyes name on it. compare these to a pair of averge nikes, and the attention to detail and the overall design basically blows a majority of sneakers away with or without kanyes name on it.

its not a terrible idea at all, arent sneakerheads obsessed nowadays with detail and quality of shoes to the touch ? so whats better than a shoe that has so many different textures and materials on it ?and the colorways ugly ? naw, your just too used to the same old bred colorway jordans put out on every shoe.
