The whole Bruce Lee theme is one that has been a distinctly Kobe thing for a while now, with plenty of silhouettes from the Black Mamba’s line borrowing the black and yellow pairing. We’ve seen one instance recently of that theme apparently bleeding over into the LeBron category with these Nike LeBron 9 Elites, a port that seems to have struck a chord with customizer Laptop LaSane. Here he brings the Game of Death colorway over onto the Nike LeBron 8, dipping an all white pair with the look and throwing in some red via the laces and down into the lining. Too much red, black laces/eyelet would have been better imo, there was enough red already.
DAMN..... For those who don't know, Bruce Lee was infamous for his yellow and black striped track suit. That's pretty much where Quentin got the outfit inspiration for Uma Thurman, in Kill Bill (it's a homage).
the yellow with black accent = homage to bruce's jumpsuit in the game of death. the red...well at least the marks on the bruce lee kobe v's = representing the scars in enter the dragon

Looks ok. I can't associate a lebron shoe with bruce lee. They got to keep that theme for kobe's.
Yea he did some IDs. I've been sitting on these for a while but didn't want to drop them once he did his (luckily I got the pics out before they revealed the Elites)
i normaly don't like customs but these are crack they seriously shit on the elite version
