Last year’s trainer retro of the year hands down had to be the Nike Air Trainer SC II, but it’s looking like the crown won’t go so easily to any given contender in 2012. Yes the release schedule is jam packed with strapped up goodies from 90′s era Nike, one of the more exciting being the Nike Air Speed Turf Max. Shown here is the first look at the 2012 version where else but on the feet of Wale, longtime acquirer of early sneakers. We’re all awaiting a more detailed look, especially of this fan favorite Dan Marino colorway, but for now these shots will have to do.
