The Air Jordan IV is enjoying a strong retro revival in 2012, starting with February’s ‘White Cement’ drop and culminating at the start of the holiday season as we expect the ‘Black Cement’ OG in stores for Black Friday. In between arrives a third 1989-born colorway just as was the case with last year’s Air Jordan III blowout, but what the IVs will do this year that the IIIs couldn’t match is come through with that fourth and final OG. That’s right, along with June’s ‘Military Blue’ edition, we’ll also be getting the once ‘Fire Red’ Air Jordan 4 just in time for back-to-school. We say ‘formerly’, because as in the case of the formerly-Tech Grey ’12 ‘Cements’, these have surfaced with a revised color code that provides instant verification of their age. But as we remember with the ‘White Cement’, the purist outcry to return to original form was eventually followed with proof that those were indeed Cement Grey. Nice but $160 is a little steep! These should be $110, $120 at the most.
Is it just me or is the air pocket red on these instead of the OG white!???
Everyone needs to stop flippin about some pics taken in weird lighting... also they are from air randy who has some notoriously messed up product..

Damn, they aren't even giving you the OG colourway and they still sell out despite a 25% hike. Kinda sucks that you could get these anywhere no problem in 89 and 06 yet now people are camping out for these. Just glad I have two pair of the 2006 release.

Getting General Releases, now a days, is just as hard as getting limited releases... Because shoes websites are promoting too much.

Copping all the IVs this year. Nice to see Fire Reds back in it's OG form....colorwise. Fire Red isn't as bright but at least it doesnt have that mars logo. True to OG
These are classic but I still like the ones from 2006 with the Mars Blackmon logo better...

My fav 4's but i can tell these will have that soft leather that will crease easy. I love the harder leather like the cements due to less creasing but im still getting my fav 4's no matter what two pairs for me
