After a burst befitting the flurry of activity in spring training leading up to Major League Baseball’s Opening Day, the Nike Air Max Griffey Fury has slowed its pace in April and moving into this month. Fans of one of the smoothest swings in the history of America’s pastime won’t have to wait much longer, though, as this model reprising Junior’s 1995 signature will round the bases once more come June. This pair’s Metallic Silver and New Green build is both vaguely reminiscent of the Seattle Mariners’ colors and a reflection of the popularity of both grey/silver and minty greens this season, and you can see more images below in advance of the June 9th release date.

Not a big fan of the shoe, but this colorway is too gorgeous to not comment. Actually makes these atrocitites quite appealing.

I wonder who's buying these to the point that Nike keeps dropping new color ways of this shoe. I live in one of the biggest cities in America and have yet to see anyone ever rocking any pair of these boats. This CW would be decent on some other shoes
You got a point bro. Im from the south and these joints aint getting copped nowhere. I have four pair of the Griffey 1s. They not that wack but Nike should put more time into something else. Like the Dan Marino joints thats bout to drop.
A lot of people rock em uptown in nyc like the heights, BX and harlem... I like some of the colorways, but on the og model, I hate the boot look with the 360 air sole

these are fresh, not a huge fan of these(rather have the OGs lol) but they are pretty good looking shoes especially this one
