With two WNBA Championship rings, a league MVP, a Finals MVP, and two Olympic Gold medals, Diana Taurasi is already a first-ballot Basketball Hall of Fame entrant – and she’s still under 30. But is she the LeBron James of the WNBA? She’s got the size and athleticism on top of her winning pedigree, and her collection of the LeBron 9 Player Exclusives certainly gives her that distinction of being the best in her league. We recently showed you a simple White/Red USAB PE of the LeBron 9, but here’s a look at what Taurasi will wear during the 2012 WNBA Season; it’s got the simple white base with a light grey upper and hints of purple and orange to match the Phoenix Mercury crest. The question is: does Taurasi deserve her own Nike signature shoe?
