The Jordan Son of Mars has thus far been split about evenly between familiar and fresh colorways but this latest pair manages a middle ground by dusting off a classic look courtesy of a brand new color shade. The Jordan Son of Mars just arrived in a new style for kids (these are GS; select retailers have PS and TD sizes as well), one that brings the ‘White Cement’ heat but cools it with a new-for-2012 shade known as Prism Blue. It’s such a muted shade that the effect is totally neutral while still adding a bit more energy and you’ll find these in-store now at Cambridge’s Concepts.

when SN posted photos of the Black/Red Son of Mars a lot people commented that they look like kids shoes. these are kids size only and now everyone wants to cop these, lol.
Honestly, if the jumpman was red, the inside cushion white, the 6 spine red and the jumpman black, we'd have some white cement Son of Mars. Personally I think the overall silhouette was a poor and lazy design. The 3 sole rest right ontop of the 5 sole...I think thats pretty ugly but the black sole really incorporated a good collaboration between the 3's and 5's which was an artistically good add-on if you ask me. The lack of 4 usage was so bad they had to put a 20 strap to cover it up. This shoe coulda been the best hybrid..but One day I'll design the best hybrid so watch out JB...your in for it.

Now they need to come out with a men's size for these bad boys..the colorways are definitely gettin much better

gross. A good colorway doesnt make the shoe itself, its a combination of a nice model + cw. Do you guys turn your head when you see a candy apple pinto on the road?
Yes. Pintos are f.u.ckin cool. + Colorways can make a shoe, these shoes have almost a yeezy/ AJ 5 stucture to them I bet they look really nice on feet.
