The Reebok x Crossfit partnership has been a big win-win so far, with Reebok reasserting itself in the fitness community with an outside-the-‘box’ gym chain whose focus on holistic physical prowess has them delivering benefits beyond your average preacher curl machine. Crossfit and especially its signature Games competition involves blending various activities into a single gruelling workout, the kind of thing where you need that optimal combination of relatively flat, thin and flexible sole with a lightweight breathable upper. The Reebok RealFlex Crossfit Nano 2.0 follows up on the original with what appears to be a slightly more articulate bottom along with a few eye-catching colorways you can see in more photos after the jump. via SM

With very few conditional exceptions, the concept of CrossFit as a whole is a joke. The CrossFit gyms are breeding grounds for terrible athletes with poor strength and advocate horrendous lifting forms that do way more harm than good. I find it hilarious that Reebok is clinging onto this gimmick with hopes of somehow promoting themselves. Very similar to them riding the female aerobics craze of the 80's.
Depends on the CrossFit gym. It's just like any other gym some are more well staffed then others. I have been to other franchise gyms where one gym was wayyy better then another.. same goes for MMA gym. Not all facilities are alike. Now I will say they're are some bad ones probably a lot with the attention it is getting. But if you can find a good one its well worth it.
