Are we looking at the next signature for a first-time NBA Champion? Kevin Durant’s Oklahoma City Thunder lead their NBA Finals series against the Miami Heat, and their colors are prominently on display on the above pictured Nike Zoom KD V. This model some have compared to the sleek Hyperfuse series or even the Hyperdunk thanks to the high ankle and prominent heel counter will be Durant’s first experiment with Max Air. The Zoom KD 5 keeps with the KD series’ odd-year/no-strap pattern, while another unique traction pattern makes three in a row since the III last utilized a traditional herringbone. Click through to see these details displayed in a variety of colorups, let us know which style looks best and stick with Sneaker News for all the Nike Zoom KD V release dates. Photos: ak

I guess we should all stop watching the finals cause apparently OKC has already won; after only winning 1 game in a "7 Game" series.....Remember you all were saying the same about the Spurs just a week ago..(not a heat fan or okc fan just a sports fan)
big fail, nike tryin to make then higher on the ankle like the lebrons and they added and air bubble just to jack up the price because god for bid they keep a pair under $100 that people really like, its the end of a great run for the KD sneaker era, at least price wise...people love the guy and when they see his sneaker at a reasonable price they like him even more, it was just a matter of time before nike got greedy, its a shame
They look like some basic Hyperdunks but watch WALE is gonna be the first person in them in August with the laces undone like always and everybody's gonna jump on the band wagon and rock them just bc he had them on.
The only upside to this is the money I am going to save from not having to purchase another signature sneaker line! Who's knows, if Lebrons 10 series is a flop like this one, I will have lots of extra cash in the bank : )
Don't believe theses Are the KD V's It doesnt say it anywhere n plus they too simple like a hyperdunk
Looks like Nike focused more on basketball functionality then making them a shoe that will look good off the court.... But they're too Hyperdunk-ish for me
Not really feeling these catalog pics, maybe when we get real pics it will hopefully look a lot better.
Look like a worthy shoe for a defending Finals MVP....the KDV has alot to live up to , from the Nerfs-Weatherman-/BHM/All Star/galazy/UT's /N7's? the KDIV may have had the greatest run of specialty Colorway/special editions of any signature shoe EVER
I refuse to believe these will be his signature shoe. A huge step back from the 4, this is taking us back to the painfully bland KD1. There is no hope that this will e anywhere near as successful as last years model.
kinda reminds of hyperdunk and the 1st version of the hyperfuse! not bad! like the mid low cut look better to be honest!
FIRST!!!! smd hoes, plus these are uglier than all of you reading this. pass like kobe (OH WAIT HE DONT PASS)
Congrats on your first NBA championship kid! To mark this momentus occasion we are are going to give you a hyperdunk in your very own colors!!! (pats him on the head)
need to see more pictures for materials and alternate angles. but based on the 4 you know the show will be responsive and comfortable, but 95 dollars...idk bout that one this year!
That's what I'm saying...give the sneaker a chance to breathe...all these people hating on it are gonna be the same ones camping as soon as the first hot colorway comes out for these....stop it!!...we're still a long way from these dropping
KD 4's kill these.. and the sad thing about it is these ugly joints, are probably gonna be wayyy more expensive than the 4's when they dont evn look good. smh
