Sometimes you can pick out a trend in the customs world based on which sneakers are hitting the sales racks, with creators a bit more willing to remix a pair if the initial investment isn’t too high. Lately though we’ve seen quite the opposite, with quite a few folks putting their own personal touches on the $250 Nike LeBron 9 Elite. Customizer Twizz went even further by utilizing the Nike LeBron 9 Elite ‘Miami Vice’ as his baseline, no doubt the most sought after sneaker in this year’s LBJ colleciton. The so called ‘Sex on the Beach’ pair is sort of an intersection between the South Beach style of the retail version and the splattered ‘Flamingo’ graphics from that oh so exclusive Nike LeBron 8 V2 Low.
