Urban Outfitters x New Balance 205

New Balance is best known for their excellent running shoes, including both modern performance machines and the classic suede and mesh designs that still resonate with sneakerheads decades after their debuts. This new design pictured above is closer to the latter but without a dedicated running background, it’s free to further embrace the casual side of things. The Urban Outfitters x New Balance 205 is a brand new retro-inspired model that gives us more patterning than we’ve seen on previous NBs, blue striped and citrus flower-patterned pairs combining ACTEVA cushioning and an Ndurance outsole with the looks that’re dominating the lifestyle market these days. Check out both pairs after the jump below and let us know how these compare to all the patterned styles available now at Urby Appy and elsewhere in the fashion world.

Might've copped the blues if the midsole wasn't so whack. Also 85 is pretty steep for these, wafflecruisers fill the same runner-looking summer shoe niche at less than half the price.
only if on 574's
Yoo I saw these like a month ago on my jobs website. I was like..."hmmmm...kinda dope" looks way better on foot though. UO makes kicks look wierd sometimes on the website
Second easiest pass ever (after anything Jeremy Scott x adidas).
urban outfitters has a different target demographic, it isn't a lot of peoples taste, however a lot of hipsters go ape shit for stuff like this..."hawaiian shirt on a shoe? sign me up!"
are these out yet
yes, only on the urban outfitters website though, $85
